This past weekend Steve's dad turned 70. For his birthday we all (29 people in total) traveled to Arizona and had a surprise party for him. He thought he was going to Cari's house (Steve's oldest sister) for lunch, but as he turned the corner in the house we were all standing there. I am a bit bummed this picture is blurry but it captures his surprise!
We had set up a photographer to met us all at a park to take family pictures. These pictures are from my camera so they aren't the greatest and people aren't looking but you get the idea! The last time we were all together to do this was almost 6 years ago. Each family had a different color polo.

Looking at your darling family picture made me think of those times years ago that we would take walks around the lake together in the morning. Do you remember that? (The lake in your picture looks like the one we used to walk around.) Thanks for being my friend those many years ago, and thanks for being my friend now.
